Waterproofing:

This is a spray applied waterproof product with a percentage of polymer (latex). The presence of this polymer helps to bridge the space between foundation settlings cracks. By maintaining its flexible nature, waterproofing will provide a greater deterrent to the entrance of water than damp proofing. Waterproofing carries several warranty options. The warranty will guarantee free repair if any water enters through the vertical foundation walls. The warranty options range from a 5 year warranty to a lifetime warranty.

Drainage Board:

As seen in the photo to the right, this is a solid mat material which is rolled out along the walls of the foundation. The material is capped at the top and the seams to prevent any soil from entering between the wall and the drainage board. Any water which enters the drain board will drain down through the vertical gaps. This completely eliminates the buildup of hydrostatic pressure against your foundation walls. (It is the buildup of the hydrostatic pressure which forces the water into your foundation). This is our most superior product for preventing and eliminating water seepage into your foundation.

Insulation Board:

To further retain the warmth in your home, insulation board can be applied to your foundation. The R value of this foam board ranges from R5 to R10 depending on your needs. By applying insulation board you will greatly increase the energy efficiency of your home. This board is solely for the purpose of insulation and must be used in adjunct to a foundation coating.

Damp proofing:

This is a spray applied product which inhibits moisture from seeping through concrete walls. This is the minimum required application to a new foundation per municipal building codes in the Chicagoland area.
